Clear Choice Consultants, Inc. (“we” or “us”) take your data privacy seriously.  We have designed this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we collect, protect, use and share information collected from our clients and customers through this site and its related applications (browser-based, mobile, or otherwise) and services (collectively, “Service”).

Your use of this Service constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time, including to address new issues or reflect changes to our Service. Such revisions become effective immediately upon notice to you. Notice may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting the revised Privacy Policy on this Service. Your use of this Service after our revision shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. Information Collected and Purpose of Collection

We may request and store certain types of personally identifying information including your first and last name, email address, home address, phone number, and other similar information. We do not collect personally identifying information about you unless it is voluntarily provided. It is your choice whether to share personally identifying information with us but please keep in mind that in some instances such information will be required to participate in activities within the Service.

When you conduct a purchase transaction through this Service, you are providing transaction information to our third-party suppliers (such as transaction processors and financial institutions) who will use the information solely for processing your requested transaction. There may also be other third-party vendors who supply software applications, web hosting and other technologies and/or services for this Service that may have access to your personally identifying information but, unless they get express permission from you, they will not use such information for any other purpose other than to provide services in connection with this Service.

Sharing of Personally Identifying Information with Third Parties

Third-Party Analytic Services

We may use a third-party service, such as Google Analytics, to collect anonymous visitor data on our network of sites, applications, and online services. If we use a third-party service to collect such information from the Service, the third-party service will not collect any personally identifying information from users of the Service. We may use the third-party service to collect anonymous visitor information like IP addresses, browser types, the accessing app, or referring pages and websites. We may use the third-party service to collect this non-personally identifiable information for various purposes, including but not limited to: (i) providing anonymous statistical analysis of web page traffic patterns; (ii) administration of our services and servers; (iii) allowing for auditing of our services by third parties; (iv) improving our general services.

Cookies and Other Technology Used to Collect Information

We may use cookies and/or other technologies to collect and store certain types of information about you whenever you interact with this Service.

Sharing of Non-Personally Identifying Information with Third Parties

We may share with third parties any anonymized information collected through the Service, including those collected using cookies and Beacons technology. In such instance, we do not provide such third parties with any personally identifiable information about you or any other users of the Service.

IP Addresses

We log IP addresses, session sources, and other data which tracks users' access to the Services. These logs are analyzed for the aggregate trends they reveal about our customers and how the customers use the Services. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to understand more about the demographics of our users. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third-party applications, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Services. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.

Security, Purchases and Credit Card Use

We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We encrypt all transmission of sensitive data and secure all our repositories of data. When you use your credit card to make a purchase from any of our sites, your transaction is secure. For the purposes of handling credit card transactions, we have contracted with a PCI DSS compliant ecommerce partner and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with most major browsers.
